Imation New dance company to
make the Valley their home Imation, a newly formed dance company for jazz and modern
dance, needed a video to present to potential sponsors. Spectrum followed
them to the Kerr Cultural Center, and put together a short piece on why dance
is important to the Valley’s culture. Imation’s dancers and artistic director
Hodgie Jo are truly first-rate, and it shows in their professionalism both on
and off camera Terri’s A
last-minute change brings Spectrum across the street Spectrum got the call at 8a.m. to help Terri’s
Consign & Design out of a jam. It
seems their California cameraman could not travel (due to the San Diego
fires), and everyone else was ready to go. Ken put a full camera package
together, and went across the street to help out. Spectrum’s ability to do
what was needed on such short notice was praised by Terri herself, as we shot
the latest commercial for this Valley furniture powerhouse. Memory Connection A “memorable”
infomercial The Memory Connection (a memory enhancement system) wanted
to update their infomercial. Using our insert stage and the talents of James
Elliott, Spectrum was part of the team that put together this top-notch
program. The infomercial has been picked up by OneWorldLive – expect to see
it on your TV screens within the next few weeks. __________________________________________________________________________ USHCC U.S. Hispanic Chamber
of Commerce Expo gets candid with Spectrum The U.S. Hispanic Chamber of Commerce had its
annual convention and expo in October. Even though they had a production
company lined up to shoot for commercial purposes, they realized they needed
a second team for a candids video. Shooting and editing were done
simultaneously to play the finished video on the final day of the event. The
video was so well received, they asked us to transfer it to CD-ROM to use as
a highlight reel for getting sponsors for next year. __________________________________________________________________________ |

Crohns and Colitis
Gala showcases the 2003 Women of Distinction The Crohns and Colitis Foundation of America
hosted its annual gala at the Westin Kierland this year. Spectrum was on
hand; both to coordinate the event as well as show the pre-produced videos on
each of the seven Women of Distinction honored that night. Next Month Next month, we’ll go over the amazing
food that Spectrum shot for the Scottsdale Plaza Resort, as well as a
last-minute job for Nextel.
